Terms of Service

Private service provider
LLCFaster is a private service provider and is not a government agency, financial institution, or law firm. Information on the website is general and does not replace advice from a professional who has reviewed your complete circumstances.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter a business-services agreement and must provide complete, current, and lawful information. LLCFaster may pause or decline a request when identity, ownership, activity, sanctions, compliance, or service-fit questions cannot be resolved.
Service scope
The order or engagement summary provided before payment identifies the final scope, government fees, expected processing time, renewal terms, third-party charges, and included professional work. That confirmed summary controls if it conflicts with a general website description. Government decisions and processing times are outside LLCFaster's control.
Orders and customer authorization
An intake submission is a request for review, not an accepted order. Work begins only after the final scope, fees, required information, and payment step are confirmed. Where a filing or application requires customer review, signature, authorization, or direct verification, the customer remains responsible for completing that step accurately.
No banking guarantee
Banking guidance does not guarantee account approval. Financial institutions and payment providers independently assess eligibility, may request more information, and may change requirements, pricing, or availability. Provider names on the website do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate, lawful information, respond to verification requests, review filings, and use formed entities only for lawful purposes.
Fees, renewals, and refunds
Government fees are separate unless expressly stated. Before payment, the confirmed order identifies which services renew, how to request cancellation, and which amounts become non-refundable when work, professional review, third-party purchases, or government filings begin. The public Refund Policy also applies unless a signed engagement or confirmed order gives the customer more specific terms.
Third-party services
Government agencies, registered agents, banks, payment processors, marketplaces, software providers, and independent professionals use their own terms, pricing, review standards, and availability rules. LLCFaster is not responsible for a third party's independent decision, outage, restriction, or change in requirements.
Website and intellectual property
The LLCFaster name, website design, original copy, and service materials may not be copied, resold, or misrepresented as another provider's work. Customer documents and information remain subject to the agreed service scope and applicable law.
Service limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LLCFaster does not promise uninterrupted website access, a particular government processing time, tax outcome, bank approval, payment-account approval, or business result. Any limitation of responsibility in a confirmed engagement applies only to the extent legally permitted.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for fraud, sanctions evasion, identity misuse, money laundering, deceptive conduct, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Suspension or termination
Access or service may be paused or ended for non-payment, abusive conduct, material misrepresentation, security risk, unlawful activity, or failure to provide information needed to continue. Any remaining payment or refund question is handled under the confirmed order and Refund Policy.
Electronic communications
By submitting a request, you agree to receive service-related communications at the email address or phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details current.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
