Refund Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

No payment is taken on the public intake form. Before payment, LLCFaster provides a confirmed order or engagement summary describing the service scope, government fees, third-party costs, expected workflow, and any recurring service.

Cancellation before work begins

If you ask to cancel before LLCFaster begins professional review, purchases a third-party service, reserves a registered-agent service, or submits a government filing, amounts paid for unstarted LLCFaster work may be eligible for return under the confirmed order.

Work already performed

Fees covering review, preparation, consultation, document work, bookkeeping work, compliance work, or other services already performed are not refundable merely because a customer changes plans or no longer needs the completed work.

Government and third-party charges

Government filing fees, expedited fees, registered-agent purchases, software charges, professional charges, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable after they are submitted, purchased, reserved, or become non-refundable under the third party's rules.

Banking and platform decisions

A bank, payment processor, marketplace, or commerce platform makes its own eligibility and approval decision. A denial, restriction, reserve, or later account review does not by itself make completed LLCFaster work refundable.

If LLCFaster cannot deliver the agreed service

If LLCFaster determines that an agreed service cannot be delivered, the unused portion of the LLCFaster service fee will be reviewed for a refund. Work already completed and non-refundable government or third-party costs remain excluded unless the confirmed order states otherwise.

How to request review

Email contact@llcfaster.com with the customer name, order reference, and reason for the request. LLCFaster will compare the request with the confirmed scope, completed work, and third-party charges before responding.

The confirmed order or signed engagement may contain service-specific cancellation and refund terms. Those specific terms control when they conflict with this general policy.
